20^th February 2024 – send the application form

The deadline for submitting a filled-in application form to the IBD Programme at Gymnázium Jura Hronca for the school year 2024/2025.

15^th March 2024 – the entrance exams

Candidates sit the two parts of the written entrance examinations directly at Gymnázium Jura Hronca.

April 2024 – anticipated date of publishing of the results

The results of the admission process will be published on the Results page. Note that the results are anonymous; each applicant is listed under a code that they received with the invitation to the entrance examinations.

10.3.2017: We have extended the deadline for applications to our IBD programme. The new deadline is 24^th March 2017.

2.9.2016: The Opening week for IB students starting from the school year 2016/2017 is now over. On the Students page you can now find the new 3IB class – those taking the Final Exams in 2018.

17.7.2016: We have added pictures from this year’s trip to Gočovo into our gallery.

17.6.2016: All new students have now received an e-mail regarding the opening week, which will take place from 29.8.2016 (Mon) to 2.9.2016 (Fri) in Banská Štiavnica.

28.5.2016: The final exams period, the annual International Week and the trip to Gočovo are now over.

14.5.2016: English versions of the Nadácia Novohradská Foundation, CAS, Spring Festival and BratMUN pages have been published. The content was created and translated in co-operation with our students and alumni.

29.4.2016: The entrance exams results for the school year 2016/17 have been published.

16.4.2016: Today, the entrance exams to the IBD programme took place at Gymnázium Jura Hronca. Results are expected around 27^th of April.
